ETC is hiring a Sales Intern for the summer of 2026 in our New York City office!

Some of the duties you may be doing:
• Assist the Field Project Coordinators & Regional Sales Managers in support of the Entertainment, Architectural, Commercial, High End Systems and Rigging markets.
• Observe Field Project Coordinators (and participate) in Sales-related product demonstrations both in-house or at Broadway theaters or other professional venues
• Become more familiar with ETC’s product lines; possibly attending a console training
• Assist Demo Loan Coordinator with logistics, product Quality Control and software/firmware updates
• Participate in Local & Regional tradeshow/open houses
• Data entry/editing
• Special projects
• Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
• Enrolled or completed a bachelor’s degree in Theatre or a related field
• Generally entering Junior or Senior year, or have taken courses relevant to the position
• GPA: 3.0 or higher for those who are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree
• Experience in theatrical, architectural or television lighting production preferred
• Knowledge or experience of lighting design and/or lighting production
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent presentation, sales, and communications skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

If you are looking for a fun, casual, and hands on work opportunity, this is the job for you! Work hours are flexible, but most are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with a starting hourly rate of $19 per hour. This is an on-site position and remote work is not available.
