Training Program Coordinator

ETC seeks a Training Program Coordinator that will be based out of our London or Germany Office. 

Our Training Program Coordinator will coordinate training and outreach programs for our end-users.  Public speaking, the ability to work in a team environment and multi-tasking capabilities, is a plus. 

Representative Responsibilities:
Outreach; Increase ETC user community by
• Position ETC products in the educational market
• Expand community of young end-users
• Facilitate contact with educational institutions
• Coordinate product placement at educational institutions
• Collaborate with sales and ETC Education center to plan training events and develop training assets
• Coordinate the development of material for live training and online classes
• Recruit, develop and maintain local freelance trainers
• Work with sales and technical services to serve as communication conduit between ETC and trainers
• Perform and observe product demonstrations and training seminars
• Identify training needs in the markets
Coordinate the operations of the ETC training programs
• Annual budget in coordination with manager
• Yearly schedule of activities
• Trainer staffing for events and developing a pool of trainers
• Curriculum and schedule for special events
Design and develop comprehensive training framework.
• Coordinate and localize curriculum, course content and training materials
• Work with Education Center to maintain global training standards
Operate the training program
• Central contact point for training inquiries
• Coordinate training events and registrations
• Manage training equipment, keep material in good order
• Oversee online deployment and operations
• Continue content and course development
• Set schedules and monitor progress
• Adjust and improve operations as required
• Track user feedback
• Measure and report on progress, adjust the program to achieve best results
• Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in increasingly responsible positions in training
• 5+ years of job-related experience or extensive experience in entertainment lighting
• Prior experience with training programs is desired
• Prior experience with online training platforms is desired
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks without general supervision
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Public speaking experience
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work in a team environment
• Ability to implement a strategic plan across multiple disciplines
• Experience leading cross discipline teams
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent English language skills, fluency in another language is desired
