Representative Responsibilities:


• Customer contact for projects in a Sales Region
• Provides customer with shipping/releasing status of their orders.
• Makes any necessary adjustments in a timely and accurate manner
• Relays customer’s questions/concerns effectively to the Project Manager
• Furnish product information to customers prior to or during the order
• Confirms with customer turn-on’s, schedule dates, times, and any other necessary information
• Maintains and processes shipping schedules
• Provides reports on a daily basis concerning scheduling
• Contacts the customer regarding correct ship dates or any other pertinent information that may be required or is missing
• Modifies the schedule in SAP on a daily basis
• Prepares and verifies the pick list for the Shipping Department
• Assists the department in reaching monthly shipping goals
• Pull product into the current month as needed
• Prepare and process Sales Order Changes
• Reconcile project drawings to SAP Sales Order
• Prepares Sales Order Change form if necessary
• Changes and verifies information is accurate in SAP
• Prints acknowledgements and process any other paperwork necessary
• Coordinates credit, debit, notification/return order requests.
• Researches job credit issues
• Provides customer with the return number
• Process Return Orders in SAP as required
• Updates credit/debit information in the database as necessary
• Prepares credit/debit approval paperwork and forwards to the appropriate parties for approval
• Create CCF’s if necessary
• Tracking Shipments
• Locate shipping method and Proof of Delivery
• Coordinates call tag requests and requests for address chance with Customer and our Shipping Department
• Contact shipper for proof of delivery and return calls to customer in a timely manner
• Coordinates release process
• Posts and notifies manufacturing of the release of product
• Posts and notifies Data Entry of BOMS in need of completion
• Maintains department files.
• Ensure copy’s of approval drawings are made and shipped
• Prepare and ship operational manuals
• Provide back up to data entry as needed
• Attend Customer functions as set forth by Manager
• Other duties as assigned.
• Special projects and requests are completed in a timely and positive fashion.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• 1-3 years customer service or administrative experience
• Familiarity with ETC’s products, helpful, but not required
• Knowledge of various databases, clerical procedures and time management techniques
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Accurate typing skills
• Able to work well under pressure, prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to deal with changing priorities
