Training Program Coordinator

Representative Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the operations of the ETC training programs within the marketing department including:
    • annual budget in coordination with manager
    • yearly schedule of activities
    • trainer staffing for events and developing a pool of trainers
    • curriculum and schedule for special events
  • Collaborate with training teams to produce events and curriculums
    • Develop training offerings based on current ETC product trends
    • Assist with outreach activity planning and development
  • Promote ETC training events and activities. Coordinate with Marketing communications to:
    • promote activities, events and online presence
    • Keep training sections of website updated
    • Track attendees and target future products and sessions for them
  • Maintain and facilitate certification programs for ETC customers
    • Build on ETC console certification programs to increase brand loyalty and develop skilled operators
    • Build additional ETC certification programs that use live events and the LMS to more deeply engage and educate ETC customers
  • As part of a training team, assist in operation of ETC Learning Stage – our online LMS
    • Coordinate class development
    • Join live training events to courses in the LMS
    • Use LMS for certification courses and to obtain live course feedback
    • Update course catalog and offerings
    • Assist with weekly operations of the LMS as required
  • Measure results of training programs
    • Collect and analyze feedback on activities
    • Produce periodic reports on effectiveness of overall programs and events
    • Work with manager and training teams to focus on activities with greatest returns
    • Adjust schedules and offerings based on feedback
    • Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in increasingly responsible positions in training
  • Background in Educational administration, corporate training, event coordination and promotion, or other administrative leadership background is desirable
  • Previous experience in the theatre and entertainment industry is desirable
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Some public speaking and training experience
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to implement a strategic plan across multiple disciplines
  • Experience leading cross discipline teams
  • Excellent organizational skills
