ETC is looking for a student who is interested in working part-time at ETC in our IT Operations Department! Ideally, we are looking for someone who can commit to 20 hours a week. This is an onsite position located in our Middleton, Wisconsin office.

Our ideal candidate will have an interest in computers/IT work, a can-do attitude, great customer service skills, and a strong desire to learn. Our technicians will fully train the individual who fills this role.

Some of the duties this person will be responsible for will be building and deploying new computers, assisting with Help Desk tickets, assist with IT equipment changes and requests, as well as complete miscellaneous tasks with the support of more senior level IT Support Technicians.
