Electronic Theatre Controls (ETC), a global leader in events lighting technology, is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative based out of our Hong Kong office. Well qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and experience in order processing.

Representative Responsibilities:
Understand customer purchase orders and enter accurately into the manufacturing system.
Handle item return/exchange requests
Coordinate with logistics teams
Relay customer issues and concern to appropriate departments for resolution.
Other duties as requested or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of job-related experience
1-3 year work experience in a Customer Service a definite advantage
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Demonstrated experience in a team environment
Theatrical experience and/or product knowledge helpful, but not required
Positive, patient, and problem-solving mindset
Attention to detail
Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
SAP Knowledge would be definite advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Excellent command of spoken Cantonese
General shipping carrier/process knowledge
