Dein Job – Bewegung hinter den Kulissen

• Alles am richtigen Platz: Du unterstützt im Wareneingang und Warenausgang, prüfst Lieferungen und sorgst dafür, dass Waren richtig eingelagert, kommissioniert, verpackt sowie sicher be- und entladen werden.
• Sicher auf die Reise: Du bereitest Sendungen und die erforderlichen Unterlagen vor, koordinierst Abholungen und arbeitest mit unseren Versandpartnern zusammen.
• Überblick inklusive: Du buchst Warenbewegungen mit Barcode-Scanner und ERP-System, unterstützt bei Bestandskontrollen und behältst Lagerplätze und Material im Blick.
• Ordnung muss sein: Du trägst dazu bei, dass unser Lager sauber, sicher und gut organisiert bleibt.
• Gemeinsam läuft’s: Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team und weiteren Bereichen zusammen. Abhängig von deinen Kenntnissen und Interessen kannst du zusätzliche organisatorische oder technische Aufgaben übernehmen.

Das passt einfach, wenn …

• Erfahrung: Du hast einen Schulabschluss und mindestens ein Jahr praktische Erfahrung im Lager, Versand oder Logistikbereich.
• Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest zuverlässig, sorgfältig und strukturiert – selbstständig ebenso wie im Team.
• Systeme: Du bist offen für digitale Lagerprozesse; Erfahrung mit Barcode-Scannern oder einem ERP-System ist hilfreich.
• Sprache: Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse. Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
• Praxis: Du packst gerne mit an und kannst Waren unter Beachtung der geltenden Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzvorgaben bewegen. Ein Staplerschein ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

ETC—Electronic Theatre Controls—is a leading global provider of professional theater, TV, and architectural lighting and control systems. Around the world, approximately 1,200 colleagues are part of the ETC family, with about 60 of them working in Germany at our headquarters in Holzkirchen and at our warehouse in Irschenberg. We’re a global company, but our day-to-day work is personal, helpful, and family-like. We’re looking to add a Warehouse Operative (m/f/d) to our warehouse team as soon as possible.

Your Job – Behind-the-Scenes Action

• Everything in the right place: You’ll assist with incoming and outgoing goods, check deliveries, and ensure that goods are properly stored, picked, packed, and safely loaded and unloaded.
• Safe on the way: You’ll prepare shipments and the necessary documentation, coordinate pickups, and work with our shipping partners.
• Keeping track of everything: You’ll log inventory movements using a barcode scanner and the ERP system, assist with inventory checks, and keep an eye on storage locations and materials.
• Order is essential: You help ensure that our warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Together, we make it work: You work closely with your team and other departments. Depending on your skills and interests, you can take on additional organizational or technical tasks.

This is the perfect fit if…

• Experience: You have a high school diploma and at least one year of hands-on experience in warehousing, shipping, or logistics.
• Work Style: You work reliably, carefully, and in a structured manner—both independently and as part of a team.
• Systems: You’re open to digital warehouse processes; experience with barcode scanners or an ERP system is helpful.
• Language: You have a good command of German. Knowledge of English is a plus.
• Hands-on: You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and can handle goods in compliance with applicable occupational safety and health regulations. A forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement.
