We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to provide strategic leadership for purchasing, planning, inventory management, and logistics functions across multiple regions. Partnering closely with leaders across our global operations, this role will develop scalable processes, optimize costs, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure the efficient movement of materials and products worldwide. Through strong leadership and data-driven decision-making, the Supply Chain Manager will balance customer needs, inventory objectives, and operational efficiency while supporting long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with progressive leadership experience in supply chain management, including at least 5-7 years in a supervisory capacity. Candidates should demonstrate broad expertise across purchasing, planning, inventory management, and logistics, with a proven track record of driving cost reduction initiatives and operational improvements. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to influence outcomes, develop high-performing teams, and navigate complex business challenges. A high level of professional judgment, attention to detail, and willingness to travel internationally are essential.

Representative Responsibilities:
• Oversees global supply chain functions and departments including purchasing, planning, inventory and logistics through subordinate managers
• Oversees the company’s supply chain objectives and policies
• Ensures issues regarding new/existing products are resolved in a timely and cost-efficient manner
• Ensures costing for new/existing products are maintained in a timely manner
• Oversees Master Schedule review of past performance data to forecast needs and production levels
• Oversees how product is acquired, distributed, allocated and delivered around the world
• Direct the allocation of materials, supplies and products
• Understand the needs of the company and how to meet the expectations
• Develops the strategy to manage cost, sourcing and time required for transportation of goods
• Reviews all departmental functions and identifies areas for improvement
• Other duties as assigned.
• Special projects and requests are completed in a timely and positive fashion.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Leads and directs the work of others
• Oversees budget
• Regulates the amount of spending
• Manages the month-to-month expenditures
• Coordinates and collaborates with other departments of the company in establishing and carrying out responsibilities
• Develop and maintain positive communication between department and other departments.
• Performs the hiring, orientation, training, performance management, career development, and overall employee development of department personnel.
• Formulates, implements & reviews ISO procedures related to the departments
• Instructs employees about procedures and work instructions
• Informs employees as to company/departmental plans and progress
• Maintains reporting on all department activities
• Continue to monitor efficiency in the department and make improvements where appropriate
• Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of comparable experience in increasingly responsible positions in supply chain management
• Demonstrated experience in various supply chain departments
• Demonstrated experience in cost reduction
• 5-7 or more years previous supervisory experience in supply chain management
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of supply chain concepts, practices and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
• Familiarity with employment law
• Excellent communicate and organizational skills
• Knowledge of company policies
• Strong attention to detail
• Motivation and leadership skills
• Ability to travel globally
