This office-based position will support and coordinate all business system activities, while collaborating within the Enterprise team and supporting the business users. Primary Responsibilities:
• Be a primary point of contact for ETC’s business systems
• Lead and coordinate support for ETC’s business systems
• Manage business system product data and data-entry to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist in Testing all enterprise application business systems
• Lead and coordinate changes to business systems based on management direction
• Collaborate and negotiate with business units to identify system needs and activities
• Provide feedback and customer support coordination
• Coordinate functional and technical upgrades
• Act as project manager on small to mid-level projects
• Other duties as assigned
• Special projects and requests are completed in a timely and positive fashion
• Participate in initiatives to improve business systems, products and services
• Support other business systems as requested

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years of comparable business experience in increasingly responsible positions in the related discipline (e-commerce, marketing, IT, web application support or development)
• Excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of web applications and business or e-commerce systems
• Knowledge of Internet web site technology, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, and digital image processing
