ETC looking for a Technical Projects Co-Op for the Fall 2025 semester! This is an 8-9 month assignment that will run from June 2025 - December 2025 with the expectation that the individual takes a semester off of school and works full time.

The Tech Service Co-Op is located in the Technical Projects team of ETC Technical Service. This group is responsible for advanced troubleshooting and support for complex and large sites across our customer base. They primarily focus on networking and architectural systems. The Co-Op student will have a range of roles including helping to maintain a shared lab, performing repetitive testing to isolate issues, and mocking systems up in the lab. Training for this surpasses the curriculum for New Technician Training and typically takes 6 to 8 weeks. Due to the length of training we are looking for a minimum residency of 6 months.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma and 2 years study towards a Bachelor’s degree in Technology
3.0 GPA or above in core courses
Customer service experience preferred
Experience working in a team environment
Knowledge of entertainment lighting systems
Specific knowledge of ETC product line is desired
Ability to use product related software
Able to use hand tools, power tools, and electronic test tools
Able to lift up to 65 pounds
Knowledge of the fundamentals of electricity
