Product and Demo Equipment Administrator

ETC is seeking a Product & Demo Equipment Administrator to join our dynamic Burbank team. In this role, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero managing our demo lighting gear - ensuring it's ready to shine at training sessions, sales events, and industry showcases. You’ll handle everything from inventory control and equipment maintenance to logistics and event support.

Maintain and track ETC’s demo lighting equipment
Coordinate orders and inventory across departments
Support hands-on training and dazzling sales events
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients

Representative Responsibilities:
• Schedules, coordinates, administrates, and physically handles all demo equipment
• Coordinates inventory including requesting new equipment and decommissioning old equipment
• Ability to support international duties in the scope of the position
• Assists with sales training, customer demonstrations, and trade shows
• Provides or obtains technical support for equipment in the sales training labs
• Test ETC equipment when returned
• Provides meeting services assistance as requested
• Work as needed to resolve customer issues
• Coordinates material handling/freight
• Flexibility to move within a pool of resources to various tasks based on company need
• Keeps warehouse organized
• Completes other duties as assigned
• Generates shipping paperwork
• Light maintenance as requested

Minimum Requirements
• Associates degree or 4 or more years of increasingly responsible positions in technical role
• Experience in a team environment
• Demonstrated mastery in business systems (SAP, etc.) desired
• Responsible for handling confidential, proprietary information in a professional manner
• Ability to interact with other employees, work as a team
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deal with all levels of personnel and maintain strictest confidentiality
• Proven ability to work independently
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems
• Able to use advanced functions or Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
• Ability to type documents/reports and create presentation materials
• Able to project a friendly and professional demeanor
• Able to work well under pressure
• Proven ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical skills, ability to understand relationship between transactions
• Subject Matter expert in department they support
